I lived at Michelle’s NW 3rd Avenue house for one year, and my experience was nothing but positive. The house was in beautiful condition — they definitely put a lot of work into it to make it wonderful and problem-free, and still restoring a lot of the historic details that made it such a special place. Whenever an issue did arise, Michelle dealt with it that day. I could not recommend this landlord or property more! – Carley
