ABOUT

Gainesville is a vibrant and unique community of both permanent residents and students. As a resident for the last 30 years, I’ve explored most every corner of this beautiful city. In 1996, I moved into the downtown area and fell in love with the vintage and historic homes that surround Gainesville’s urban core.

My hope through this site is to help others uncover unique places to call home, whether short-term or as a permanent residence. With a strong background in sales, marketing and an eye for design, clients benefit from a well-rounded consultant on all aspects of buying, leasing and selling real estate.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve specialized in the acquisition, restoration and management of historic properties in Gainesville and Orlando. Restoration projects include a full-scale restoration converting a single-family residence to a thriving commercial space that is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Restorations also include multiple Victorian properties, a Spanish bungalow and an historic Blanding home. As an investor and owner, I understand the importance of a good return on an investment.

For sellers, I can help stage your home. Using professional photography, open houses, mailings and featured listings on my website, my goal is to reach prospective buyers in a meaningful way. For buyers, I listen carefully, search diligently and help you find exactly the right place to call home. As a property manager, I assess your property, make small changes to maximize your income and find the right tenant to care for your investment. For tenants, I provide well-maintained homes and am personally responsive at all times. My in-depth knowledge of neighborhoods, homes, school districts, zoning and future growth allows me to offer advice on all levels of real estate in Gainesville.

After graduating in 1996 from the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations, I went on to a successful career in advertising. Initially working with various trade organizations, my advertising career evolved to working with real estate developers to market their properties nationally and internationally in a series of luxury lifestyle magazines. In 2007, I decided to exclusively focus my energy on the local real estate market. Currently, I am a member of the Gainesville-Alachua County Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Additionally, I am also a member of the Duckpond Neighborhood Association, Northeast Neighbors, Pleasant Street Neighborhood Association and a board member of the Historic Preservation Board.

I live here and I love it here. My goal is for you to love it, too.
